INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within same day of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you. We are not responsible related shipping damaged items.

Customer Service & Policies:
SALES TAX: We don’t charge sales taxes.
ORDER CHARGES: In order to get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see back-orders below) and shipping charges accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. (Make sure your address is correct with our delivery provider USPS) Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to celebrate your new find)!
BACK-ORDERS: Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. On items we know are being restocked shortly, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you as soon as possible; if it will be on back-order longer than four weeks, we can issue a refund.
SHIPPING: We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. So please rest easy that your order is on its way. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time. We only ship during the shipping centers business hours (excluding holidays).
Delivery time is based upon item availability and the shipping time for merchandise ordered which may take 5-25 days.
For pickup option, please wait for email notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 10-20 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Once your international package has shipped, you’ll receive an ID number. This is NOT a tracking number, but a parcel number. If you’d like a tracking ID, we can ship via FedEx or UPS, however shipping costs will increase considerably.
